Thanks for taking the time to review my website. Growing up in Northern New Jersey, I graduated from Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ and spent a year in grad school at Bradley University in Peoria, IL; then worked in New York City for awhile ... received a NJ real estate license in 1964 and sold homes in Northern New Jersey till '68 when I was activated with the District of Columbia Air National Guard during the "Pueblo Crises".  After serving at Osan Air Force Base in South Korea, I was a top sales representative with 3M Company, Xerox Corporation and Baxter Labs.  In 1981, I once again returned to the real estate profession obtaining licenses in Washington, D.C, Maryland and Virginia and in 1987 received my Broker's license in Washington, D.C. and started my own real estate firm in Northern Virginia (Vector Realty Group).

We have been visiting the Panhandle since my wife's father took his last tour of duty with the Navy at Pensacola Naval Air Station in 1969.  After 26 years working the Northern Virginia real estate marketplace, Jan (my wife of 44 years this past April) and I decided to retire in 2005 when we purchased our waterfront home here in Navarre.  In January 2007 I was tired of ‘being retired’ so once again returned to the real estate profession and obtained a Florida Real Estate Brokers license.

My activities in the community since we arrived in Navarre are as follows:

• Active member of the St. Sylvester Catholic Church;
• Active member of the Knight of Columbus (37+ years);
• President of The Boat Club Home Owners Association (2006–2009);
• Board of Directors for The Masters Association (2006-2009; President 2009);
• Board Member of the Greater Navarre Beach Arts Association (2007-present);
• Member of the Navarre American Legion Post #382 (2007-present);
• Active member of the Parrot Heads of Pensacola (2006-2011);
• Chairman of the 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd Panhandle PHunFest (which raised over $18,000 for local charities);
• Co-founder & 1st President of the Pirates on the Panhandle Parrot Head Club of Navarre Beach (2009-2011)(in first two years the Club raised over $20,000 for local and national charities with over 2,200 hours of community service);
• Board Member of The Gulf Coast Zoological Society (2009-2010);
• Active member of the Navarre Chamber of Commerce (2007-present);
• Member the Navarre Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) (2007-present); and
• Florida Real Estate Broker (2007-present).
